The project

In the characteristic historicist-style building in the heart of the 6th district, 56 serviced apartments offer a unique Vienna living experience for a limited time. Whether Weekend Getaway or Workation – from the workspace to the toothbrush, everything is included at Ray. From the outside the ensemble impresses with its turn-of-the-century architecture; behind its elegant façade it merges stylish interiors, green hideaways and smart technologies. The Ray enables original, urban stays that correspond to the current living feeling of digital nomads, business travelers or world explorers.

The late historic residential and commercial building will be refurbished with regard to its historically significant past and expanded by two attic floors and two courtyard blocks: In the old, new and attic construction, individual living units with attractive open areas are created. The exclusive old-building apartments in the existing stock are modernized and equipped with inner courtyard-facing outdoor areas. The apartments in the courtyard blocks and in the attic offer plenty of space for new things: open, light-filled living spaces and generous gardens, loggias and terraces.
