The advantages of a hotel should be combined with those of a home of one’s own. In addition to the full furnishing of the apartment, concierge service, cleaning or laundry service are also offered.

An experienced operator, such as the numa Group, is an indispensable and important partner in the successful management of the apartments.

The project

In the characteristic historic building in the heart of the 6th district, 56 serviced apartments offer a unique Viennese living experience for a temporary stay. Whether Weekend Getaway or Workation – from the workspace to the toothbrush, everything is included at The Ray. From the outside the ensemble is striking for its turn-of-the-century architecture; behind its elegant façade it combines stylish interiors, green hideaways and smart technologies. The Ray enables original, urban stays that correspond to the current living feeling of digital nomads, business travelers or world explorers.

The late-historic residential and commercial building is being renovated with regard to its historic past and extended by two attic storeys and two courtyard wings: In the old, new and attic construction, individual living units with attractive outdoor spaces are created. The exclusive old-town apartments in the portfolio are modernized and equipped with courtyard-facing outdoor areas. The apartments in the courtyard wings and in the attic offer plenty of space for new things: open, bright living spaces and generous gardens, loggias and terraces.
