- Dies gilt für Kaufverträge seit April 2024. Anträge für die Eintragung im Grundbuch konnten ab 1.7.2024 gestellt werden.
- Die Befreiung erfordert die Anmeldung des Hauptwohnsitzes in der erworbenen Immobilie und die Aufgabe der bisherigen Wohnung.
- Bei kreditfinanzierten Käufen muss mehr als 90 % des Kredits für den Erwerb oder die Sanierung der Immobilie verwendet werden.
