The centrally located holiday apartment can be used for 42 days per year for personal use.

The remaining time is rented out to holiday guests by the in-house management in the best possible manner, so that by the end of the year the owner achieves a good return.

The apartment has been partially rented to holiday guests in the last three years and is therefore in a very well-maintained condition.

In commercial use, input tax can be claimed and refunded by the competent tax office. A previously fixed portion of the VAT for the period of self-use is withheld by the tax office. Information is available from the project - tax advisor.

The year-round opening of the entire house allows guests to come into a lively house at any time and also in the off-season enjoy the beauty of the Alpine region and the warmth of the Klostertal people.

The largest connected ski area in Austria (Ski area Arlberg) is right at the doorstep and is reachable in a few minutes by car, and the ski and hiking area Sonnenkopf is located only 1 km from the house.
