The apartment located in the center can be used for 42 days per year for the owner's own use.

The rest of the time it is rented out by the in-house management to holiday guests, ensuring that at the end of the year the owner achieves a good return.

The apartment has been partly rented to holiday guests in the last three years and is therefore in a very well-kept condition.

In commercial use, the input tax can be claimed and refunded by the competent tax office. A pre-determined portion of the VAT for the time of personal use is withheld by the tax office. Information is available from the project - tax advisor.

The year-round opening of the entire house allows guests to come into a lively house at any time and also in the off-season enjoy the beauty of the Alpine region and the cordiality of the Klostertal.

The largest connected ski area in Austria (Ski Area Arlberg) is right at the doorstep and is reachable in a few minutes by car, and the ski- and hiking area Sonnenkopf is only 1 km from the house.
