The centrally located holiday apartment can be used for 42 days per year for its own use.

The remaining time is rented out by the in-house management to holiday guests in the best possible way, so that at year end the owner achieves a good return. The apartment has been partially rented to holiday guests in the last three years and is accordingly in a very well-maintained condition.

For commercial use, the input tax can be claimed and refunded by the competent tax office. A previously determined portion of the VAT for the period of personal use is withheld by the tax office. You will receive information from the project - tax advisor.

The year-round opening of the entire house allows guests to come into a lively house at any time and also in the off-season enjoy the beauty of the Alpine region and the warmth of the Klostertal locals.

The largest connected ski area in Austria (Ski area Arlberg) lies at the doorstep and is reachable in a few minutes by car, and the Sonnenkopf ski- and hiking area is located only 1 km from the house.

The arrival and departure to the following nearest airports are: Zürich (176km / 2 Std.), Memmingen (147km / 1,30 Std.) and Friedrichshafen (108km / 1,10 Std.)
