The holiday apartment located in the center can be used for itself for 42 days a year. The rest of the time it is rented out by the in-house management in the best possible way to holiday guests, so that a good return is achieved for the owner at the end of the year. The apartment has been partially rented out to holiday guests in the last three years and is therefore in a very well-maintained condition.

For commercial use, input tax can be claimed and reclaimed from the responsible tax office. A previously determined share of VAT for the period of self-use is withheld by the tax office. You can obtain information from the project tax advisor.

The largest contiguous ski area in Austria (Ski area Arlberg) is right at the doorstep and can be reached in a few minutes by car, the ski and hiking area Sonnenkopf is only 1km from the house.
