The centrally located holiday apartment can be used for 42 days a year for personal use. The remaining time it is rented out as best as possible to holiday guests by the in-house management, so that a good return is achieved for the owner at the end of the year. The apartment has been partially rented to holiday guests in the last three years and is accordingly in a very well-maintained condition.

With commercial use, the input tax can be claimed and reclaimed from the responsible tax office. A previously determined share of the VAT for the period of personal use is withheld by the tax office. You will receive information from the project - tax advisor.

The largest contiguous ski area in Austria (Arlberg ski area) is right at the doorstep and is reachable in just a few minutes by car, the ski and hiking area Sonnenkopf is only 1km from the house.
