The centrally located holiday apartment can be used by the owner for 42 days per year.

The remaining time it is optimally rented out to holiday guests by the in-house management, so that a good return is achieved for the owner at the end of the year. The apartment has been partially rented to holiday guests over the past three years and is therefore in a very well-maintained condition.

In the case of commercial use, input tax can be claimed and reclaimed from the responsible tax office. A previously determined portion of VAT for the period of self-use is withheld by the tax office. You can obtain information from the project tax advisor.

In addition to 15 modern residential units, the Zapfig-Living building houses an exclusive fitness studio including sauna and a cosy café, which serves as a meeting point for locals, holiday guests and owners alike. The year-round opening of the entire house enables guests to arrive in a lively house at any time and to enjoy the beauty of the Alpine region and the warmth of the Klostertal people even in the off-season.

The largest contiguous ski area in Austria (Arlberg ski area) is right outside the front door and can be reached in a few minutes by car, the Sonnenkopf ski and hiking area is only 1 km from the house.
