The remaining time it is rented out by the in-house management to holiday guests in the best possible way, so that a good return is achieved for the owner at the end of the year. The apartment has been partially rented to holiday guests in the last three years and is accordingly in very well-maintained condition.

In the case of commercial use, input tax can be claimed and reclaimed from the responsible tax office. A previously determined share of VAT for the period of own use is withheld by the tax office. You will receive information from the project - tax advisor.

The year-round opening of the entire house enables guests to come to a lively house at any time and to enjoy the beauty of the Alpine region and the hospitality of the Klostertal residents even in the off-season.

The largest contiguous ski area in Austria (ski area Arlberg) is right outside the front door and can be reached in a few minutes by car, the ski and hiking area Sonnenkopf is located only 1km from the house.
