The rest of the time it is rented out to holiday guests in the best possible way by the in-house management, so that a good return is achieved for the owner at the end of the year. The apartment has been partially rented to holiday guests over the past three years and is accordingly in a very well-maintained condition.

In the case of commercial use, the input tax can be claimed and reclaimed from the responsible tax office. A previously determined portion of the VAT for the period of personal use is withheld by the tax office. You will receive information from the project tax advisor.
