The "Resort Gastauer" is located in a very central location, it is a few minutes' walk to the ski lift (to the second largest ski area in Vorarlberg "SILVRETTA MONTAFON") and it is about 40 minutes by car to the wonderful hiking area around the Silvretta reservoir (2030/MH). Due to the central location, shopping facilities and restaurants are also in the immediate vicinity.

The "Resort Gastauer" offers attractive leisure opportunities for holiday guests.

• All year round there is a sauna, a fireplace room, two leisure rooms (table tennis, billiards, table football...) available.
• For summer holidaymakers there is a heated swimming pool, a barbecue area, a Botscha lane and also outdoor table tennis available.

The purchase price is without 20% VAT, as the holiday apartment is used commercially.
