At the historically significant site of the Sternbräu-Bierbrauerei, a new construction project is currently being developed, planned by the architectural firm Marte.Marte. This project creates space for contemporary apartments, a hotel operation and gastronomic facilities, such as the Skybar on the top floor as well as a restaurant on the ground floor.

The Skybar and the hotel are operated by Business Hotel Maier GmbH.

In planning, state-of-the-art construction standards were used and powerful, intelligent technology was integrated.
