This amount is a one-time payment and will not be refunded. The security deposit is 16.299,86€ (3Bruttojahrespachten) and can also be paid in installments of 600€/Jahr.

The tourism tax amounts to 125€/Jahr.

Thus the costs in the first year amount to approx. 20.900€ and for every additional year approx. 6.160€ or approx. 519€/month.
