The same applies to the boat garage in the harbor area; the lessor here is the Free City of Rust.

Annual rent lakeside house: € 2.198,--

Annual rent boat garage: € 480,--

Warranty:

The seller guarantees that the contractual object is its unrestricted property and free of encumbrances, real rights and other rights of third parties. Otherwise, any warranty by the seller is excluded and it is stated that this warranty exclusion relates both to specific and to ordinarily assumed properties of the contractual object such as location, size, condition, wear, zoning, composition, yield and possible use.
