The heart of the house is the beautiful living room with an old wood stove. The cozy dining room adjoins the kitchen and has a practical pellet heating system. The country-style kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and offers plenty of space to cook for your loved ones. In the house there are 4 options to connect a stove, with currently 2 connected. In the dining room there is a pellet stove and in the living room an antique wood stove. Furthermore, there is a cozy in-law apartment that can be entered both via a separate entrance and via the house. Inside the house there is an authentic Tuscan terracotta floor laid, which gives a very special vacation flair. The bathrooms and toilets are modernized and there is a generous storage room with a laundry facility.

Another perk is that the attic is still expandable to generate additional living space. Since the house is partly basemented, a ca. 48 m2 basement rounds off the offering.

On the property there is, as a highlight, its own well that can be easily connected to the house. The house's water supply, the watering of the horses, and of course the riding arena (for spraying) is thus completely autonomous. The well’s reservoir comprises 7500 L and thus provides a perfect water supply.

The estate has 11 horse boxes, with one box being a double box and thus 12 boxes would be possible. Apart from 4 boxes, all other paddock boxes, plus a pony house. There is also a spacious saddle room with a toilet. There are 2 other rooms in the stable wing, currently used as therapy rooms. The beautiful hayloft opposite the main house offers optimal storage.

To create large pastures, about 8.5 ha of land were leased additionally. On the leased land there is also a spacious open stable.

It should be noted that the therapy devices such as the Aquatrainer and the Equisirbox were not included in this price, as they were taken by the seller; this also applies to the horses.
