When I was built in the 70s, someone must have thought about giving me an equally compact and unusual shape.

My kitchen, where we start, has a very interesting floor plan anyway. Its layout resembles a trapezoid shape. Here you will find the dining corner, a large worktop, the built-in cupboards and 2 windows. There is enough space to be together while culinary preparations can already be made.

Then I also have a table stove there that can be used both for cooking and for heating.

I tell you, sometimes such a tempting aroma has wafted through my rooms when my resident has been conjuring in the kitchen. I like to think back to that.

Here on the ground floor I can offer you a total of 3 rooms to live in. The large entrance hall also provides access to the bathroom, toilet, cellar, terrace and also to the attic.

The builders back then were already on the ball, one can certainly say that. Although my built-up area is not very large, you can easily and happily inhabit a lot of space on the 2 floors!

So my new owners are welcome to comprehensively modernize, renovate and spruce me up again. I do not have a direct parking space for the car.

The married couple who created me lived happily with me for many years, we had a wonderful time together. Outside there is a cozy little spot and a small garden in a pointed tapering shape.

There is not much space here, but on the other hand you are also finished with garden maintenance in no time at all and can devote yourself to the sunny sides of life. I can still remember happy and harmonious occasions very well...... They say every house has its secrets, and that may remain so.

We simply create our own beautiful moments together, which we can then remember with a smile for a long time.

Niederfladnitz has a small grocery store and is an idyllic village. It is only a good 8 km from Retz. There are many shopping opportunities, a train connection and very good excursion destinations there. Hardegg, known as the smallest town in Austria, is also reachable in a few minutes – so the Thayatal National Park can also be easily reached from Niederfladnitz.
