The Ausseer-Landhaus is a custom-made wooden house. Crafted by a master, not a mass-produced house. Local wood is the premium material of the house builders in the Ausseerland. For generations. Warmth, coziness, health, fresh air, naturalness, liveliness, but also modesty define the building material wood. Moon-phase-seasoned wood is an additional specialty of the Ausseer-Landhäuser. It is primarily used for structural timbers, to which this special wood lends weather resistance and stability.

In a central location in Altaussee, this Ausseer-Landhaus is embedded in a small Altausseer settlement at the edge of the forest. With views of Dachstein, Trisselwand and Zinken. The slightly elevated location allows the sun's path to be followed all day long and makes this spot a real gem.

Whether two or three bedrooms, two or three bathrooms, an office or library, storage and utility rooms, reading corners or a sauna, all of this can be arranged to your wishes on approximately 125 square meters of living space and around 710 square meters of plot area. There is also a carport, wooden terrace and garden. More is rarely needed.
