Old building:

This is originally an old mill, which from the year 1963 was converted into a single-family house. The house is completely basemented. On the ground floor there is a vestibule, a small bathroom with toilet, a kitchen, a living room and another room. On the upper floor there are still 2 bedrooms and from the vestibule an access to the small balcony. The old building still has partial modernization needed!

New building:

In 1983 the new building was added and represents its own dwelling unit. Old and new buildings are in the basement connected by a connecting door or accessible. Otherwise both units have their own main entrance. The new building is also completely basemented and is heated by an oil-fired central heating or a wood gasification system as well as the old building. On the upper floor there are still 2 bedrooms and 2 smaller rooms.
