Prices

Costs depend on the size, the options you choose and are calculated individually. Therefore there are no fixed standard prices with us. If you plan your own mobile home, then in the first step we discuss your wishes and ideas. Afterwards we calculate a total price.

Example: 74² single-family home, house € 166.000,--, furniture: € 15.500,--, covered terrace € 18.000,--, screw foundation € 8.500,--

Note pursuant to Energy Certificate Submission Act: An energy certificate has not yet been presented by the owner or seller, after our briefing about the generally applicable submission obligation, as well as a request for its preparation. Therefore, at least an overall energy efficiency corresponding to the age and type of the building is deemed agreed. We do not warrant or assume liability for the actual energy efficiency of the offered property.
