The house
The property was submitted in 1999 and completed in 2000. In 2022, a comprehensive renovation was carried out: electrical system, windows, floor coverings and other areas were renewed. In addition, a conduit for a PV system was prepared.
A front garden with a car parking space forms the entrance area. A few steps lead to the foyer with a wardrobe. From here a central foyer provides access to both the basement and the upper floor.

Upper floor: a central corridor opens up the rooms. The large bedroom with balcony access offers plenty of space. A further smaller bedroom (currently an office) also has a wardrobe room. The third room is currently used as a children's room. The spacious bathroom includes a bathtub, shower, toilet and washbasin. Air conditioning units are installed in all bedrooms.
Cellar: on the left of the access is a small storage room under the stairs, the Kellerstüberl (with a sound system) as well as another storage room where the Smart Home system and the fuse box are located. On the right is a utility room with plenty of space for laundry and the heating room with hot water boiler, gas heating and solid fuel stove.
The exterior
The lovingly designed garden is accessible both from the terrace and along the side of the house. A paved path leads to the garden shed, which has an internet connection – ideal for home office or private hobbies. A private well ensures cost-effective garden irrigation.
