Ottakring is one of Vienna’s established, urban districts – with over 100.000 residents, direct connections to U-Bahn (U3), S-Bahn (S45), tram and bus. Clinics, local supply and large green spaces around Wilhelminenberg and Steinhofgründe are reachable within a few minutes. What is currently significantly enhancing the location: as part of the “klimafitten Hippviertel” initiative, Hasnerstraße (since 2012 Vienna’s first bicycle-friendly street) will be further developed in 2025.
