Just a few minutes by car north of the center of Weißenkirchen lies this approx. 1.719 m² small gem in the middle of the greenery. No traffic noise will disturb you!

The existing vineyard hut is nestled between vineyards and forests and offers a wonderful view of the greenery across the terraces designed with stone walls.

The existing vineyard (Müller Thurgauer, age of the vines approx. 50 years) is lovingly maintained and cultivated by the sellers by hand. The grapes are handed over for wine production (yield approx. 400 lit/year). The garden hut is currently used for storing equipment.

Due to its idyllic location, the hut has no electricity, sewer or water connection. The orientation of the vineyard hut (south-west) offers the possibility to mount photovoltaic panels on the roof. Rainwater could be collected in a cistern.

A public square directly at the Cholera Column Weissenkirchen offers space to park your car – then only a short steep footpath (ca. 50 m) separates you from your new refuge.
