Nestelbach near Graz is an idyllic market municipality in the district of Graz-Umgebung in Styria, located about 13 kilometers east of Graz. Since the municipal structural reform in 2015, the municipality consists of the cadastral communities Nestelbach, Edelsgrub, Langegg bei Graz and Mitterlaßnitz and covers an area of around 27,27 square kilometers.

The existing building was built around 1950 and is in need of renovation.

An application plan for the construction of an extension to the residential building was submitted in 1974; the approval was granted from 4 July 1989 and the occupancy permit was issued.

The usable floor area can essentially be doubled (subject to approval by the municipality), less the areas of the extension already built.
