Who You Are
- 5+ years of hands-on frontend experience
- You’ve built platforms with real users, real money, and real consequences
- You move fast by using AI tools like GPT, Claude, Cursor
- You care deeply about product, UX, and shipping
- You don’t need your hand held, you own your work
- You write clean, maintainable, and documented code that others can build on
Bonus Points If You
- Speak German (many of our partners do)
- Have startup experience (Series A or later)
- Built something yourself — even if it didn’t work out
- Have worked on marketplaces, proptech, or fintech tools

- We’d love for you to be in Vienna. We have a beautiful office, great energy, and our CTO thinks in-person beats Google Meets any day.
