In Haunoldstein, 16 semi-detached houses with generous open spaces were built.

The development of the houses is via covered entrance areas, which are combined with an exterior storage room. All units consist of a ground floor and an upper floor. Each dwelling unit has a partly covered terrace with an adjoining garden. The components of the building services are space-savingly housed under the stairs. The bright living room with an open kitchenette is directly accessible from the foyer. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms as well as a bathroom with a bathtub.

Each dwelling unit is also allocated two free car parking spaces. Next to the parking spaces there is an additional exterior storage room, which can be used, for example, for garden tools, garbage bins, or bicycles.

Location

In the heart of Lower Austria – between St. Pölten and Loosdorf. Nestled in a picturesque landscape, Haunoldstein combines the quiet and quality of rural life with an excellent connection to the surrounding towns. The family-friendly municipality offers a well-developed infrastructure that includes all essential facilities for daily life. On site there is a kindergarten as well as a primary school. Further educational institutions such as a European Middle School, a Polytechnical School and a Music School are quickly reachable in nearby Prinzersdorf.
