As basic services in the service package there is a general advisory service, regular information opportunities, the organization of many ways and registrations, social and cultural activities, the use of all general community and leisure facilities, a limited assistance offer for handyman tasks by the janitor, and a say at annual meetings about offers and design possibilities.

The numerous optional services may possibly be covered in addition to the residents' costs by the bill carriers, insurances or social security agencies (no legal entitlement). This should be clarified between residents and social security agencies beforehand.
