In Neuhofen, the new residential complex Lebensräume is being built, a modern new-build project that combines contemporary living with a high quality of life. A total of 28 barrier-free adaptable rental apartments are distributed over two buildings with three or four floors. Currently there are still 2-room apartments with a living area of approximately 48 - 60 m².

The apartments convince with well-thought-out floor plans, bright rooms and high-quality, stylish fittings. Living areas of approx. 44 to 75 m² provide space for different life situations—from singles to small families.

The completion and handover is planned for the 2nd quarter of 2027.
