In Neuhofen, the new residential complex LEBENSRÄUME is being built as a modern new construction project that combines contemporary living with a high quality of life. A total of 28 barrier-free adaptable rental apartments will be constructed, which are distributed across two buildings with three and four floors respectively. Currently there are still available 2-room apartments with a usable area (Nfl.) of approx. 48 - 60 m².

Completion of construction and handover are scheduled for the 2. quarter of 2027.
