Condition
The apartment has been continuously maintained and renovated over the years, most recently in January 2025, and is therefore in an accordingly good, well-kept condition. For better assessment, two types of photos are shown in this listing: The first photos show the apartment in the condition at initial occupancy after the renovation, unfurnished and unoccupied. The following photos show the apartment in the currently occupied condition during ongoing rental. Upon handover to the new tenants the apartment will be handed over again in an empty condition, as shown in the first photos.
