The whole offering is rounded off by a flat monthly usage fee and commission-free brokerage.

Additionally, for a fee, further services such as glass/terrace/window cleaning service, shoe service, flower service, car management, massages, arrangement and coordination of a personal trainer, absence service, international service, individual translation tasks, seasonal offers (e.g., Christmas tree service), event organization or similar can be booked.

This price applies for a usage period of at least 18 months. Price increase for shorter usage periods. Minimum term of the serviced apartment: 2 months.
