The layout of this new-build apartment located on the attic floor (4th lift floor) of Stair 1 is as follows:
From the long entrance hall, with plenty of space for closets, and the continuing corridor all rooms are accessible: the separate WC with hand basin, the bathroom with bathtub and washing machine connection, the approximately 12m² bedroom, and the spacious living kitchen (approximately 29m²) with a fully equipped kitchen. At the far end of the living room, near the South-facing loggia, you can ideally set up a daylight-filled work niche. This corner apartment faces Apollogasse.
The project

In Apollogasse 18, a quiet parallel passage to the well-known and bustling Mariahilfer Strasse, an exclusive, multi-story rental apartment building with 63 residential units, a commercial space and underground garage is being built. The apartments in Stair 1 extend from the first to the sixth floor of the building and in Stair 2 from the first to the third floor and are partly south-facing toward Apollogasse, mostly courtyard-facing.
The newly created apartments have a living area between 46 m² - 101 m² plus loggia and are all equipped with balconies/terraces or loggias. This creates a free, open living feel that is hardly found in this central location. Each apartment also naturally has its own storage room assigned.

The equipment of the rental apartments is thoughtful and built for a long service life.
Immediately upon entering, the elegant parquet floor of oak wood stands out, under which a modern underfloor heating is hidden. In the bathrooms robust porcelain stoneware tiles were laid. The windows of all apartments have outside sun protection (facade-integrated RAFFSTORES with 3-arched blades), which provides effective shading and, in summer, comfortable temperatures. In the attic, the living spaces are additionally equipped with air conditioning.
The kitchen assumes a particularly high status in each of these 7th district Vienna apartments; it is the communicative center. Therefore, a proven, timeless white look and reliable brand quality from Miele were chosen. Along with a large integrated cooling-freezing combination, a baking oven, ceramic hob, exhaust hood and dishwasher are also part of the standard equipment. The kitchen units are wall-to-wall with white work surfaces and backsplashes and are handleless.
All residential units contemporarily have a separate WC with a hand basin, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and towel radiator. The sanitary rooms are conveniently already equipped with a wall mirror. Each residential unit has a washing machine connection – located in the storage room or bathroom of the apartment. The outdoor areas ideally already have planter boxes and water connections installed.
