The layout of this new-build apartment located on the 1st floor, or felt like the ground floor of Staircase 2, is as follows:

In Apollogasse 18, a quiet parallel lane of the well-known and bustling Mariahilfer Strasse, an exclusive multi-story rental apartment building with 63 residential units, a commercial space and underground garage is being developed. The apartments in Staircase 1 span from the first to the sixth upper floor of the building and in Staircase 2 from the first to the third upper floor and are partly south-facing to Apollogasse and largely courtyard-facing.

The newly created apartments offer living space between 46 m² - 101 m² plus a loggia and are all equipped with balconies/terraces or loggias. This creates an open, airy living feel that is hard to find in this central location. Each apartment is also assigned its own storage room.

Right at the entrance you notice the noble parquet floor made of oak wood, underneath which a modern underfloor heating system is hidden. The wet rooms are fitted with robust porcelain stoneware tiles. The windows of all apartments have exterior shading (facade-integrated venetian blinds) with 3-curve slats, which provide effective shading and help maintain a pleasant temperature in summer. In the attic, the living spaces are additionally equipped with air conditioning.

The kitchen holds a particularly high value in each of these apartments in the 7th district in Vienna; it is the communicative center. Therefore, a proven, timeless white aesthetic and reliable Miele brand quality were chosen. In addition to a large built-in refrigerator-freezer combination, there are also a oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood and dishwasher as standard. The kitchen units are floor-to-ceiling with a white worktop and a back wall and are designed handleless.
