It is not possible to register a primary residence here. The short-term apartments can be rented by commuters (without a primary residence in Vienna) or by people from abroad.

Upon move-in, a one-time end-of-lease cleaning fee of 200€ is payable.

If the total rent for all months is paid in advance, there is a 5% discount.
