The apartment is only a 4-minute walk from U6 station Gumpendorfer Straße. The tram lines 6 and 18 and the U4 are also in close proximity. Everything is already included in the monthly rent; you do not have to worry about anything and can enjoy your time here.

It is not possible to register a primary residence here. The short-term apartments can be rented by commuters (without a main residence in Vienna) or by people from abroad.

At move-in, a one-time end cleaning fee of 200€ is due.
