The commercial and logistics park is being expanded with a multifunction hall with approximately 4.700 m² of usable space. The new hall will be divided into three smaller hall units with approximately 550 m² each and one large hall unit with approximately 3.000 m².

The new building will be constructed in skeleton construction (reinforced concrete columns and binder) with a panel facade and a lightweight roof construction.
