Reith serves as a starting point for cycling and mountain tours as well as winter sports on Reither Kogel. Additional Information

The lease is € 1,500 plus 20 % VAT as well as operating costs and electricity. The deposit amounts to € 7,000. A KSV tenant self-disclosure is required for the lease agreement. Handover is planned for summer 2026. The energy certificate shows an HWB value of 117 and energy class D.
