Our reception in the main entrance building "A" is available to you Monday - Thursday during business hours from 09:00 - 15:30 and, if necessary, also assists your customers and visitors with finding office space.

Surrounding restaurants offer various options during the lunch break. The WIFI lunch canteen is also reachable on foot in 1 minute. The Billa in Techbase can also be reached within a few minutes on foot.

Our office premises vary between approx. 17 m² and 400 m². Each room is flexible and can be rented alone or, depending on availability, combined with additional areas.

In addition, if required, there is the possibility to rent a basement room of 10-15 m².

Your satisfaction and comfort are very important to us - all offices are exclusively renovated for our customers before handover and in the course of this are fitted with our high-quality and modern laminate flooring in the color gray with wood structure. Each floor in the building is equipped, in addition to the washrooms, with a communal kitchen that you and your colleagues are welcome to use. Our in-house coffee machines also offer a short-term supply option.

Meetings & seminars
If you wish to hold conferences or meetings, our three seminar or meeting rooms are available to you for a price from 8 € /h. The rental can be hourly or daily, is flexible and is organized by our in-house reception.

Parking spaces / garage
In addition, during the rental period we offer our customers one or more parking spaces (depending on availability) for rent in our two-storey underground car park. Prices are between € 119.00 and € 121.00 monthly (incl. BK and statutory VAT).

For your external customers or visitors we have reserved short-term parking spaces that may be used for 2 €/h.
