Completed in 1999, the Tower is a classic representative of its decade, an icon of the turn of the millennium: with its intelligent overall construction, consisting of two interlaced, fully glazed cylinders, which are carried by a steel composite construction, but also by its flexible adaptation to the needs of its users. The 43.000 square meters of office space all have daylight – and the unique view of the Danube metropolis. For this, a special solar-protection glass with platinum mirror coating was used for the glass surfaces of the windows.

The floor plans of the 900-square-meter floors are flexibly partitionable and can also be connected across floors. Elevators, storage, sanitary facilities and other utility rooms are located in the core of the cylinders. The distinctive Tower rises from a flat building divided into several parts. Inside there is for tenants and visitors a large range of shopping facilities, services, gastronomy and entertainment. Diversity instead of monotony – the so-called Millennium City was after completion the first Town-in-Town concept in Austria. A place where work and leisure can be well combined.
