Health, movement and well-being are becoming increasingly important in everyday life. At the same time, demand is rising for local fitness and movement offerings that can be easily integrated into daily routines.

With the project „Im Terrassengarten“ a modern urban quarter with around 285 apartments is being created at Meischlgasse 38, 1230 Wien. As part of the urban development area „Meischlgasse / In der Wiesen Süd-Ost“, the catchment area will grow to around 1.900 apartments with approximately 4.000 residents by 2028, offering long-term attractive potential for fitness and health providers.
