This new construction project is being built between Graz and Maribor, on a site area of around 110.000 m². The project stands out for its good visibility from the highway and also for the optimal connection to the interregional transport network (A9).

On this property, by Q4 2023, around 62.000 m² of rentable space will be created. These can already be rented from a size of approximately 2.800 m², giving companies more flexibility in choosing.

The project developer also places particular importance on sustainability, which is why this project development includes various green features. First and foremost, this technology and business park will be powered by a biomass heating plant. In addition, PV installations, a biotope, electric vehicle charging stations, bicycle garages, as well as green outdoor areas and green roofs will be constructed.
