Living with helpfulness with social service providers on Liesingbach
Commission-free rental units are available for rent in a wonderful new building.
The project is carried out in cooperation with Barmherzigen Schwestern Pflege & Wohnen (www.bhs.or.at) and is aimed at people who would like to receive help in their daily lives.
The concept offers you a basic package, connected with a service provider, that makes the following services available to you (divided into social and technical core care services):
- engage in conversations with people, identify and address needs for early recognition of situations requiring help (for example loneliness, neglect)
- Organization of patient transports in case of illness or for outpatient appointments
- on weekdays fixed presence times, outside these presence times for emergencies telephone accessibility from 16:30 to 08:00
- Organization of pet care when the tenant is absent
- Postal errands, e.g., parcel reception on request or parcel handling in an emergency
- errand services for smaller tasks / shopping in emergencies
- provide help for self-help
- support interfaces between those seeking help and professional service providers (property management, tradespeople, hairdresser, foot care, etc.)
- supervision of the community area
- information about local activities (church, senior club, etc.)
- assistance in arranging external care services (home nursing, meals on wheels, home help, etc.)
- facilitation of a laundry service
- facilitation of therapeutic services (speech therapists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, etc.)
- facilitation / organization of paid additional services; notifying relatives at the resident's request or in case of hospital admission, etc.; organization of a call aid connected to an emergency call center
- smaller, simple technical services: e.g., replacing light bulbs, tightening screws, repairing dripping taps, ...
To make the project Wohnen mit Hilfsbereitschaft possible for you, the Basispaket is mandatory for every person in the household. It cannot be waived. The gross price for the first person in the household is 158,39 €. Each additional person in the household pays only 87,12 € for the Basispaket.
However, the following (paid) optional Wahlleistungen are freely selectable and not mandatory:
- Organization of joint activities, e.g., joint coffee in the community room, movement to music, memory training, etc.
- Organization of individual social care, such as accompaniment to the doctor, accompaniment in daily life or support in everyday organization
- upon request, organization of consultation hours e.g. with a diploma nurse or a social worker

Objekt und Ausstattung
The friendly rental flats offer carefully planned layouts and comprehensive living comfort. The entire residential building comprises 2- and 3-room apartments with living areas from about 36 m² to about 80 m². Additionally, there is a attic apartment with 5 rooms and about 119 m².
The senior-friendly bathrooms have grab bars as well as walk-in showers. You will also find folding seats in the bathrooms. A towel warmer is also installed and there is a connection for your washing machine.
Included in the apartment's equipment are a high-quality kitchen, a bathroom with elegant tiles, and high-quality parquet floors in all living rooms.
The building is heated with district heating and the room temperature can be adjusted on the radiators in the individual living rooms.
The house has its own satellite system and connections from UPC.
In the building you will also find a bicycle/stroller storage, a communal room, a shared kitchen, a Soft-Wellness area with an infrared cabin and a TV room.
This impressive residential building has a total of seven floors, including the ground floor and an attic floor.
You also receive a basement storage unit in the lower level with your rental. There is a landscaped inner courtyard with a children's playground.

Pets are generally permitted in the building and apartment. Electricity and heating costs are added to the rent.

The apartments are in an excellent location in the 23rd district. The Wien Liesing regional train station is reachable on foot in just a few minutes. Here you will find the following connections: S1, S2, S3, S4, R and REX. Next to it you have access to all bus lines at Liesinger Platz: 60A, 61A, 62A, 64A, 66A, N66, 253, 256, 257, 258, 259, 264.
Various schools, kindergartens, authorities, banks and medical facilities are in the surrounding area. The Riverside shopping center is nearby and offers many shops as well as a fitness center.
