Constantin Weiland is a co-founder of Lystio and the driving force behind the platform’s product, design, brand, and strategic direction. He works very hands-on on product decisions and user flows and has focused from the very beginning on the question of how property search can be made simpler, clearer, and more functional. From day one, his goal has been to build a technical product that is so intuitive and understandable that it can be used by millions of people.

Before Lystio, Weiland founded Taskrookie, a horizontal marketplace for services, and worked at Accenture on innovation-driven projects. These experiences shaped his approach: technology only creates real impact when it is visually clear, intuitive to use, and accessible. His background in design continues to define the way he works today.
