Mikail Celik is a cofounder of Lystio and responsible for building the platform as an information driven system. His goal is to make real estate not only searchable but understandable. His work focuses on developing thousands of structured content pages covering cities districts price developments and market movements built on clear logic and a consistent information architecture.

Early on he recognized that users are not searching for listings but for orientation. Coming from a non traditional background as a chemistry student at LMU Munich he developed a strong belief that better information can bring supply and demand together more effectively. On an operational level he established processes where content data and SEO are closely connected. Editorial work did not mean writing individual articles but creating scalable page types templates and rules.

Growth was not measured through campaigns but through return rates search dominance and information coverage. Today his focus is on running the marketplace in a stable efficient and scalable way. With clear processes measurable metrics and a balanced relationship between supply and demand he ensures that Lystio grows in a structured manner and functions as a reliable information platform.
