Philipp Attensam is a cofounder of Lystio and is responsible for the operational and commercial development of the company. His focus is on turning a product vision into a sustainable business model and a reliable platform for real estate professionals. He works closely with brokers, developers and institutional market participants across Austria and is in daily exchange with them to understand real requirements, workflows and weaknesses of existing solutions.
He takes the time to analyze cost structures, decision making processes and working methods of his customers in detail. He translates this knowledge directly into clear structures on the supply side. How must a portal be built to create real value. Which data, which reach and which services make providers sustainably more successful. He is responsible for building this side of the marketplace.
Even before monetization, he lays the foundations for reliability and scalability. Processes, accounts, structures and systems are designed so that customers are not confronted with changing contacts, unclear models or operational chaos, but with a platform that works professionally and grows with them.
For customers, he is a contact person who listens, thinks in a structured way and plans long term. His ambition is to create an infrastructure that real estate professionals do not just use, but consciously choose, because it saves time, improves decisions and simplifies their business.
Previously, Philipp Attensam gained valuable practical experience in banking at Raiffeisenlandesbank Niederösterreich Wien. There he developed a deep understanding of financial structures, risk assessment and customer processes, which now significantly influences his entrepreneurial decisions.
