Stefan Wagner is Co-Founder and CTO of Lystio and the technical architect behind one of the fastest-growing real estate platforms in the German-speaking market. His core mission is not to build a traditional property portal, but to develop a fully software-driven rental and purchase marketplace that systematically replaces manual processes.

He is responsible for building the entire platform architecture from the ground up and develops a scalable system landscape with clear technical logic. A central focus of his work lies in the data and automation layer: real estate data is standardized, made comparable, and used as the foundation for search, ranking, and matching mechanisms.

As CTO, he develops Lystio in a process-driven rather than feature-driven way. Technology consistently serves a clear objective: eliminating friction, increasing speed, and making scalability structurally enforceable.
