Location:

The apartment complex can be reached directly by car (toll road) or by the Kanzelbahn (short walk). Due to winter road maintenance, access via the road is guaranteed year-round.

In winter you can reach the ski slope directly from the apartment complex via a prepared path with skis (52 piste kilometers in a snow-sure and family-friendly ski area). As an alternative, of course, you can also go ski touring or walk with snowshoes. A ski and snowboard school with rental and included sports shop is located directly at the Kanzelbahn.

In summer the mountain invites you to hike and walk (easily walkable, paved hiking and theme paths, partly barrier-free for prams), Nordic walking (trails with different degrees of difficulty), paragliding (special thermals, beautiful panorama), model flying and mountain biking. Due to the many access routes, various levels of difficulty arise for mountain bikers.
