In winter you can reach the ski slope directly from the apartment complex by skis via a prepared path (52 piste kilometres in a snow-safe and family-friendly ski area). As an alternative, you can of course also go ski touring or hike with snowshoes. A ski and snowboard school with rental and an included sports shop is located directly at the Kanzelbahn.

In summer the mountain invites you to hike and stroll (easily walkable, paved hiking and theme trails partly barrier-free for strollers), Nordic walking (trails with various difficulty levels), paragliding (special thermals, beautiful panorama), model flying and mountain biking. Due to the many access routes, various difficulty levels are available for mountain bikers.

Other attractions for young and old: at the middle station Kanzelhöhe - Summer-Tubing (sliding fun), bungee trampoline and the adventure park (climbing park); at the Neugarten Hut – water experience world; at the Pöllinger Hut – mountain and alpine museum; the visit of the solar observatory.
