Brief description

This condominium lies together with 3 other apartments in a historic building that was once known as Knappenhof. The development of this house goes back to the 14th century. In the late 19th century the building was rebuilt and thus obtained its current appearance. In 1991 ownership of four apartments was established, which in February 2025 was finally changed and renewed.

Location and surroundings

The market town of Pottenstein in the Baden district lies in the Triestingtal in the Vienna Woods. It comprises the cadastral communities of Fahrafeld and Pottenstein. Like many other municipalities in the region, Pottenstein was long dominated by a local textile factory. To this day the traces of the great industrial monument can be found there, as well as numerous other sights and excursion destinations. Beautiful hiking and cycling routes run through the Vienna Woods. Thus Pottenstein is ideal for family getaways and short trips.

The apartment

From the driveway of the building, which leads into the courtyard, you reach the spacious entrance hall via the staircase and then enter your apartment Top 4 on the left.
