The house is planned and executed as a semi-detached house - around a damaged courtyard the building is executed in a U-shape. To the courtyard there is a kitchen-living room, simply large: the living space is thus expanded around the courtyard in the warm months, no garden, but large enough to design a living space with grill and dining area - or also other things -.
